Apogee AD16-X and SPDIF...

I´ve replaced my 192 I/O for an Apogee AD16-X, but I hadn´t realised that it hasn´t SPDIF connectors. I have some devices patched via SPDIF and now I don´t know what to do.

Any solution?

Not so rare situation in our world of varieties.
One solution we use is SPDIF to AES/EBU or opposite (Toslink + coax) converter CO3 by M-Audio.
