YG Acoustics ANAT Reference II - Only $107,00.00 a pair

I thought these might go well as a second pair of speakers to have laying around.

These are for real. Check them out here:

YG Acoustics

Just kidding about actually purchasing them. Thought you might like to see em. They are home stereo speakers for people who have a lot more $$$ than me. Has anyone seen any that cost more than these?

So?

There is a mastering engineer that just installed a $180k pair of speakers in his room.

YG A. makes some very cool speakers. All aluminium cabinets and the very best parts avalible. I'm sure they sound "great".
However for these kind of money I wonder why they haven't taken more advantage over the CNC possibilitys with aluminium. It's still a square box with very little details to edge diffraction, etc yadda yadda yadaa.....

why should they care about the edge diffraction if the speaker looks great the way it is. In that market it's way more important to have an interesting design than to have a soincally perfect speaker IMVNSHO

Regards,
I guess it is just heart warming to me that the sluttiness of the audiofile knows no bounds, and I had to let it out my joy.
