AC gone in SSL room

Hi all,

Our AC has gone and I wanted to ask if Its better to turn the equipment off or the desk(4056 G+) is ok to work with when its really hot in the room (AC in machine room is working so PS and G computer is cool).

cheers

TURN THE DESK OFF.

When I was at Ardent, the AC went out one night in Studio B and the 6056 overheated - it took several years to fix all the issues as they didn't all appear right away (and that was after a recap). The heat will destroy that console quickly...

How can you and the clients possibly work in the room without AC?

Just the uncomfortablilty(stuffiness) and the stench from lack of airflow would be too much for me.
