I heard it ... albeit with my headphones ...

It has a clean sound of it's own. I was impressed with the sound and almost every aspect of the EQ. A bit better at Hi ups and Low ups than mid boosts (best left to tube devices, usually). Sharp cuts were good. A great tracking and mixing piece.

The Hi Pass is better than most, I really liked it's evenness. A little tweak Dave did bumps up just past the knee ... so it sounds flat.

The knobs and switches are jammed in there ... rather hard to read everything, but you get a lot of features.

Didn't try the de-esser but he's "most proud" of it.

Didn't try the tranny out vs. non-tranny out.

haven't spent any time with the clean out yet- love the colour too much

I have two of these things... I can't begin to say enough good things about it... and as always, Brian Lucey's mileage will vary

Yea it's a great EQ ... even if you're NOT selling it.
