Lomo mics/capsules - any experts here?

Hi,

just got hold of a rare reissue of a vintage Lomo capsule, the M6. It screws onto the body of my Oktava MK-012 whose preamp has been modified/upgraded by Swedish mic gurus Line Audio. I haven't had the time to put it through its paces - it seems to be quite in-yer-face, and works pretty well on acoustic guitar.
I was wondering if any of you guys and gals knew anything about Lomo mics. Information on the Net is very scarce and I would like to know what ewes think about these old Russian microphones and their uses in the recording studio.

Cheers,

Recky
