you can pretty much forget about my question anyways,
because I just landed the best singer in my province yesterday not even a few hours after posting that.

It would still be nice to know if there are any music libraries that actually actively try to get your songs placed though. I'm sure everyone else would love to have this question answered to.
I wonder if there's such a thing as a consolidated music library and publisher.

True story:
Friends son's band mate stole CD Demo uploaded it to iTunes under a Different band name.
He (the thief) got a call from a label - ho could not produce the multitrack masters. He came clean with the label - friend's son got a publishing deal from the label.

lesson get your music out there Youtube, Itunes, Facebook. etc.
the labels are paying attention - it's their job!

I know how that feels.
Had a song stolen from someone who said they were going to collaborate on it before.
I don't work with anyone unless I know them in person because of that now.

I'm glad it worked out for him though.
