El Rayo-X

Anybody know any of the particulars about the mixing of this David Lindley CD?

I've been using it as reference today and it is mighty tight and yet still lively and "springy"................not easily replicated.

I haven't found anything on the Internet.

Put David Lindley in front of a microphone and that's pretty much what you get. He completely blew my mind.

Amazing album- his version of 'bye bye love' is my favourite.

Yes, I agree Bob. I saw his one-man show a few months ago and he is still amazing.

I was hoping I could add just a touch of that feel to the song I'm mixing................ but I guess I've got to just go with the strengths of the tracks I have.

Thanks, Jim.

I love his reply to "Do you have hearing problems?"
