ghost connection to MTR III

I am trying to hook up a mid 1990's Soundcraft Ghost to an Otari MTR90 III(circa 1992). The direct out is supposed to be unbalanced and the Otari in's are xlr balanced connections. i need to know how to configure this cable(a basic cable schematic)?
