Reamp Electronics LA-2A

Hello,
Does anybody of you know about REAMP Electronics units? I found this LA-2A style compressor on their website and I was wondering if you have/had some experience regarding this units (see the link below):

https://reamp-electronics.com/worksh...-2a-compressor

They have two options: stock option with Sowter transformer and Kenetek TB4 and upgraded option with UTC transformer and UREI TB4...

They are from London and the price is pretty expensive and I didn't find any reviews yet...

It looks like solid work but some toughts about this unit would be helpful...

Thank you!

Kind regards,

Sebastian

Great find and post - thank you!!

Finally a boutique point to point wired LA2A made here in my own home town - no import duty, waiting 6 months for delivery or mass produced clones.

This LA2A clone I'm definitely interested in.

LOOKS very appealing ... & the price, for what it states, seems very fair. Hope to HEAR ... more about it!

I talked with the guy who runs this company and he told me they are a relatively new company but he is in the field of building compressors for 15 years now...
Pro Replicas LA-2A seems a good option too, it's a lot more popular than Reamp Electronics! And cheaper! Wondering how this two units are compared...

From the look of this it is the full on article and should spank any other copies, especially if you spec original transformers and T4b.......and still not THAT pricey, although out of my reach just now....the only thing that seems to want improving is the knobs. They look like some 80's hifi parts.

You're right about that!
