Simple M/S encoder / decoder hardware unit? options?

I need a simple M/S encoder / decoder in a hardware unit - but I can't seem to find any piece of gear that does this. Any suggestions?

Tim Farrant of Buzz Audio built me some a couple of years ago. Call or email him.
If you're a DIY kind of guy, Jensen Transformers posted a schematic for one many years ago; it's probably still out there somewhere.

The TC Electronics Finalizer Plus and Finalizer 96 have a MS decoder function.

Oh, I see. I wasn't aware of the Radial box...however...

I should add, that I need it for buss processing with line level gear. So it has to be line level and both encoding and decoding in one box.

- and in the analog domain, please :-)
