Focal Twin6 be problem...

Ugh ...my left twin6 speaker has developed the following problems..

1) a constant static 'ticking', always the same rate

2) intermittent distortion spikes that have a 'digital' sound to them...comes
and goes and isn't predictable.

Tweeter is where the noises are coming from.

Volume for both noise problems isn't loud but is obvious when no music is playing. Not affected by the computer, or any other gear, as I turned everything off as a test.

Anyone have (or had) focal twin6 be that exhibited this, or similar, behviour? If so what was the solution?
