help me to add more channels in an SSL AWS 900+

which is the clever mode to add channels to an aws 900??

I've the antelope Orion 32 so all the 32 channels out goes to the aws (24+8)

then I've an X.rack and I could take 4 channels modules and then return to aws in which point??? 2 channels??, master insert?? or???

If I use 16 channels on x-rack and then I goes to 2 channels in aws I'll have a bottleneck in my quality signal???

let me know your experiences, please.....

There's a Mixbus Inject on the AWS master exactly for that, that's where my Sigma sidecar is connected to

Connect the xrack two outputs to the AWS master insert, then select the "sigma"/summing matrix option on the master mix controls

The signal on the insert will then be summed at unity gain

It won't work.

I just went through this with a friend. Giving up two channels was the option we both ended up agreeing upon.
