Somebody please make this: 8ch analog automation via USB

Perhaps I missed it and it's already available.

Basically something like the SSL Sigma, but only 8 mono channels, very simple box which connects via USB.

So, if I want, I can plug in automation after the analog compressors on any channel of my console and ride the level in my DAW.

No other faders, no stereo link, no summing, just insertable clean automation. Perhaps an "active light" per channel if automation is written or read, but that's it.

Strange request or not?

Regards,
Dirk
