Easy to use the REDD with outboard gear and get a drastically different sound but you need to pay close attention to your gain staging.

Its a great mic and very flexible.

BTW I think the world regarding Klaus' knowledge and work.
Having said that guys, honestly I preferred the REDD, on Dayo's specific vocal clip.
