Here for the gear

Marinair t1781

Opened up an old distribution amp I've had for years. It's 2 in 12 out. So inside a couple of tweed audio boards and two banks of six marinair t.1781 trannys. Any info on these, ratio, opinions etc?

Hi

You will have a tough time finding anyone with specs on those transformers, they were never used by Neve.

If the amplifier still works you could power it up and see what the level on the transformer input is compared to level on the output.

You could work out the rough output impedance by loading the secondary until the level dropped 6dB... then the resistive value of the load = output impedance.

Lots of little tests you can do yourself!
