DAC for analog loop or monitoring?

Hi guys I just purchased an Antelope Pure2 for my analog loop, running if of an RME UFX via AES. So here's my little issue, the Pure2 DA sounds very good and it's tempting to use it as my monitoring DAC instead of feeding the loop. Until I can afford another DAC, where would you use the Pure2 DAC, monitoring or pitching the chain? (I'm leaning towards monitoring with Pure2, then recabling when I'm doing the final mix, although it's quite a hassle..)

Another thought could be buying a second hand dac like lavry da11 or something.
