Tom Onofrio. Tom was Sennhesier & Neumann USA's mic tech. He now works on his own but still has a relationship with Neumann for parts. For any of my Neumann mics, new or old I would send them to Tom.

I whole heartily recommend Tom. He did amazing work for me. Everything about his work was amazing; communication to his packing. Very quick turn around and quite reasonable rates

Dan zellman at zeltec NYC. He's not only a great dude, abbey road sends their tape machines to him. The Beatles used a mic he custom made, I believe he's one of the best techs in the world, and undoubtably the US.

Dave Brown at Microphone Repair | We Fix Sick Mics...

I had sent him a couple of sick mics a while back and he was awesome to deal with. He fixed up my U87 and my 49 for me. He also has a good relationship with Neumann/Sennheiser.

I really think anyone mentioned in this thread would be awesome and simply based on their reputation I would have no trouble sending mics to any of them.
