Siemens v275 line amp

Hey there,

What do you think about the siemens v275 as a line amp?

Sounds like......???? close to.....????

It is a great sounding summing amplifier. That is what it was designed for. How do plan to use it?

Do you mean as a preamp? Then I´d suggest the V272 (only 34dB of gain) or the V276 instead.

I see. Well, it might add a little something but you will get much more (good) colour if you track with these oldies. A V272 is super cheap and sounds very nice.

Mono or stereo

Does the v275 sum the input stems to one (mono) or two (stereo) lines?

It's mono. you'll need two
the V475 V975 and DV1175 and others are dual mono (stereo).
