Chandler TG Plugins

I have a TG-1 (and wish I had like 8ch's more) so I decided to download the demo of the plugin version. I've been sitting here now A/B'ing the two and damn are they close! Even the transient shaping is dead on. The only dif. I found was that plugin was about 2db softer than the hardware but that is no biggee....

yea when you use the 2005 version the input gain is increased by 10dB and you can get a slammin' sound!

but the best thing about this plugin is that you can get an astounding array of sounds just by playing with the simple controls, from clean to crunchy.

i love it on vocal tracks especially.

the only thing i don't use it for is the 2buss.

i can't wait for the EQ mastering pack demos to become available!

cheers.

I find as with the hardware unit ,with just the right tweaks,it can actually rock the 2 buss.

Any chance you can post some blind test a/b files? I think it will not only be interesting but perhaps comical to watch people engange in the 'this one is better' war.
