Any good builders out there?

I recently acquired a huge lot of Carnhill Transformers, VTB9045 and VTB2281's to be exact. Elma (04-3133) and Grayhill switches, Neutrik Gold Plated XLR receptacles, Circuit Specialist 1U rack enclosures, JLM Audio Go Between Plus', JLM Audio FET DI's, JLM Audio Power Plant's and two 500' spools of Canford wire.

I'm looking for a builder to provide a good PCB and then assemble some 1u basically clone Neve 1290's complete with a DI, Phantom Power and ETC. Anyone have any recommendations? Price is completely negotiable. Would prefer the best if possible..
