heard them yesterday at a berlin hifi store demo:

crazy good!
extremely satisfying performance, great dynamics, detail, image, delivery.
i can not imagine any other speakers that would have sounded as good in this specific room
(that was close to a disaster -non treated, lots of 200hz resonance, you name it).
i have recently heard 2 pairs of big atc and own a pair of custom made united minorities wally-t and ginkos.

these at least are every bit as well performing by themselves and probably better in less than perfect rooms,
as this is one of their great strengths.
in fact i was amazed that this room could make even half of this kind of listening experience possible!

will defininately get one once i need an new pair. very impressive!

The design looks intriguing for a compact box. Price I've seen looks to be €10,000

I haven´t heard them next to others but know MM27 quite well- and Kii are speakers whcih are supposed to sound great everywhere -opposite to MM27.
With Kii you have feeling you can touch instruments in the air . I have never listened something like that. For me totally breaking through product.

Knowing who designed it, you actually will get a 10K DAC, 10K worth of class D amps and 10K speakers, which are quite room independent.

If you have 10K to spare on a new monitor setup, this seems like a no-brainer.

Interesting, these speakers seem to be marketed towards the Hi-Fi crowd. . . I wonder if they're intended to be studio tools as well. They certainly are lovely.

I agree the web site is pretty confusing, and it would be very wise for them to rename the hi-fi and pro versions -- it looks like at this moment, both variants are named "Kii THREE". The manual on their web site also seems to be for the hi-fi version, no freq. plots etc. Effectively marketing the (at least seemingly) same product to both pro audio community and hi-fi crowd may not be the best idea. Anyway, looking forward to hearing the speakers.

The pro version will be officially released on spring as I was said, but only difference will be more studio friendly finish. So because I wanted white glossy finish anyway no reason to wait. After official version of pro version I expect more things on web.
