How important is hearing for a composer ?

Hi, weird question !

I have reduced hearing range at a young age, because of loud sounds.

Now I stopped every dangerous habits I had for my ears.

So, to make it short, I want to focus on composing music : playing piano, real drums and electric bass, and also use some orchestra libraries to compose and arrange pop songs.

I plan to compose and produce my own musics and then collaborate with a singer, but also I would love in the future to join a band to compose with it etc.

Finding a band is difficult right now, so I focus on playing and composing in my home studio currently.

I would love to compose that kind of pop orchestral music : YouTube

And also : I would not mix my music !
I would pay a mixing and a mastering engineer for all the technical work.

So, do you think that my hearing can be a problem for making my music ?

The answer is in your question. If you don't mix nor master your track, then a bad hearing is not an issue to compose . However, it is always best to be able to deliver a decent mix with a limiter because it will save you tons of money. Having a clean product - even with a low output volume - is enough to send to publishers and labels, who will then take care of the mastering process. If you outsource everything before signing any contract, the odds are high that you will spend much more than what you will earn.
