CARL MARTIN Customer Service

My Carl Martin Red Repeat developed a small fault last week. I contacted Carl Martin via email about suggestions for a repair and was asked to send the pedal directly to them so that it would be repaired free of charge! This was a generous offer as the pedal was several months out of warranty, but the turnaround was also very fast as it is already repaired and in transit back to me via UPS.

Thumbs up Carl Martin! Not only do they make great guitar pedals but their customer service is excellent. This is rare enough nowadays to be worth a mention...
