HELP: Wiring Neutrik Combo plug to 8-way multicore

Been wiring up a new setup for myself onto a patchbay (D-sub). So far so good, but a little stuck on the final part, wiring up a rack of Neutrik combo plugs (XLR female + 1/4" jack). They had them in the last studio i worked in and i had a look at the wiring scheme but since then have gone blank.

The combo plugs have the following pins:

1 (RN)
2 (SN)
3
T (TN)
R
S (GN)
G

I know that on each, i need to use the (hot/cold/ground) from the 8-way multicore
plus another separate 'floating' set of (hot/cold/ground) to bridge the connections to enable me to use the same plug for both XLR & 1/4 ".

I just don't know which one goes to which pin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Cheers
