Where can i findEAO Switches caps and engrave on them ?

Where can i findEAO Switches caps and engrave on them ?

My tech Igor and i are working on a custom mixing console, pictures soon heh we have used EAO switches like the ones used for the older SSL's, do you know where can i find blank caps for them ? and where can i engrave on them ?

They seem to offer engraved EOA switch caps.

Maybe you can get a deal on the price, a mate got a Fairman "TMC" cap done, and fitted it to a spare EOA on his SSL G+ console to control bypass.. all very cool from the sweet spot.

Hi
Buy blank switchcaps and take them to your local high street engraver who does sports trophies or shoe repairs. You may need to make a little 'jig' to hold the caps flat and firm while they are engraved.

Recycleaudio want 10£ per engraved switchcap or 7£ if i take more than 5 of the same kind, it's crazy ! i need 112 of them, it will cost 784£ without shipping ..
it's so expensive to go DIY ..

I guess Recycled have a self etching solution, and are marketing towards ppl that require custom one off buttons in their SSL center sections.

They advertise Engraved @ £5, that must be the charge on top of the cap!

did you ask for a deal price on 100+ ?

yes i have, I've got an email from them saying one engraved cap is 10£ and for more then 5 with the same engraving it's 7£
