Newbie question about SL522's, 502's

I am racking some SL522's and some SL502's and I have a question about power. I noticed on the card reader that this device also wanted 25V. I understand the +/- 18V but what is the 25V for? Also, how many ma does it draw?

There is one other wire from the power supply between the -18v and the 0v that I'm not sure about either. Is it an additional ground? It is the only one not labeled.

I built a +/- variable power supply that I found on the prodigy site but I wasn't expecting the +25V.

Any thoughts on this would be really helpful.

Finally, I apoligize for being stupid but, hey, everyone has to start from somewhere!

Since I own this console, I'll take a look at the manuals when I get to our studio tomorrow and give you all the info needed! Keep in mind there are separated voltages for audio, logic, leds and lamps! Of course, in the console...
