Need Help with Sound Skulptor CP4500

Hi all -

I am doing the final setup steps of my Sound Skulptor CP4500 and I am a bit stuck.

Full schematic is here: https://www.soundskulptor.com/docs/c...hematic-01.pdf

The main problem I have encountered is that the main Bypass/IN switch is not working as expected (SW4). The circuit in question is on the 3rd page of the linked schematic in the lower right corner.

When I have the switch out, I get nothing on the Master LED pins. When the switch is IN I get ~15/16v depending on which pin I am measuring.

However it seems like the relay in the circuit is never flipping, so the bypass is always enabled. If I put the contacts from my DMM to pin 2 of output/input then the circuit is closed (which it should be when the unit is bypassed). When I engage the switch, the circuit is still closed.

I also tried it with a 1Khz test tone - I should be able to hear some gain reduction with the threshold turned all the way down to -15 but I hear nothing. So I am fairly certain the bypass circuit is not working correctly.

I'm at a bit of a loss on what to try next. Does anyone have ideas on how I can further debug this?

I figured it out! One of the pins on the connector for the VU meter was loose

I have power!
