Soundcraft delta 8 subgroup assignment problem

Hello,

I just bought a soundcraft delta 8 with its CPS / 450B power supply.

Everything works perfectly except the assignment of tracks to subgroup 5.

There is a crack when I press the assign button 5/6 and that with all the input channels.

It doesn't stop subgroup 5 from working

Do you have an idea to solve this problem?

Thank you

Here for the gear

Hello,
I decided to clean the board and I disassembled it.
There are 16 channels and the 1/6/11/16 have a ground cable.

7

It seems that it's not connected.

Should I connect it to star wiring of the board?

I have the same connector (without cable)on the other channels and on the master section (not on the 8 subgroups)...
Do I have to make the same ground connection on each? (except the subgroups)

Thanks
