Soundcraft 200b ground not connected

Hi all, I was fortunate enough to scoop up a 200b the other night. I am currently refurbishing and inspecting it before powering it on. I noticed one of the grounds is not connected to anything, but I don't see a place where it would connect to on the bussbar.
It's appears that all of the modules have been inspected by a tech with some having various reworks and fixes. I would think that a tech would've noticed the missing ground, but I have no idea of the condition it was in since last use. Can anyone familiar with these units shed some light on what/why the particular ground is disconnected? I would like to get an idea of what exactly is going on before I power it up

Picture links are below as I don't have permission to directly insert them

It's been over 25 years since I owned one of those, and 30 years since I did the grounding mods, but this is what I remember.

The grounds for the individual input modules were disconnected from the ribbon cable, and got their ground from the console frame instead.

For some reason the stereo input modules couldn't be modified this way and had to stay as they were.

I think the un-used terminal is for a jumper to the next group of 8 input connectors. But since you seem to have an 8 ch. console, it isn't used.
