No I don't, but the pdf file tells us it should contain a two FETs and these FETs are used as switches.

My number one guess would be that the FETs are independent from each other and the 7th pin is unused.
If it's true you should be able to determine which pin is what with some tests.

There is a lot of resources over the Internet which explain how to test a FET. You an start here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gloikp9t2dA, here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-o97JCQtes and here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZZ4SOdkS2k

No, it shouldn't be very hard to sort out. Thank you for your input.

Any idea what product it was used for? There is virtually no info out there on the interwebs..

I'm not sure how you mean, i though you had an Otari device.

Anyway you can find information and even the pinout in their maintenance manuals.

Example page 153 and 226 of the manual below for I-0053 (which should be the same as I-0133)

Edit : for some reason I cannot upload the file even zipped. You can find it on this website : http://analogrules.com/manuals/otari_manuals1.html, "Complete MX 80 Manual with Schematics". Rar password is on the top of the page.

Actually, I don't have any Otari products anymore, but I used to work for the company and when they closed the offices here in the U.S. I got several hundred of these.

But, I have been unable to find out much about them, until you posted the link. So, thank you.
