Zoom F4 tested by sm5 (main out in XLR 1/2 ---> preamps in the loop):

ADM: -21,43msec, 0,107dB (L), 0,054dB (R)..Corr Depth: 16,2 dB (L), 17,7 dB (R) Difference: -35.9 dBFS (L), -36.9 dBFS (R)
Matlab: -21.44108 ms 0.0654 dB (L), 0.0216 dB (R) Difference: -36.6 dBFS (L), -38.0 dBFS (R).

To be added to the next issue of the list of results.

Some data for the RME ADI-2 Pro FS (XLR loopback):
Amazon Drive

Summary:
-1.998 sec, 0.249dB (L), 0.244dB (R). Corr Depth: 33.6dB (L), 35.1dB (R)

Essentially the same as the regular ADI-2 Pro (non-FS).

Yes : see here the result from the first test performed by LesC.
But it appeared further that much better result can be achieved by modifying the setting of the I/O filters. I guess that default settings of input and output filters are both SD Slow or SD Sharp. SD means small delay: latency is minimized but distortion is larger. Could you make the test again with 'Sharp' setting (without SD) for both filters ?

The old MkII was designed circa 2002-3, before all the electronics companies rushed to China in a race-to-the-bottom price war. Hence, build quality and components were at a higher standard than gear built today.

Still can't beat MOTU's mac drivers though... Solid and consistently updated - software drivers are the heart-and-soul of any converter!
