Empirical Labs BIG FrEQ vs ddmf IIEQPro
I just did quick blind test between the two EQ plugins Empirical Labs BIG FrEQ and ddmf IIEQPro. Tweaks are made by ears.
To make the processing more pronounced, there is one Bell filter with +15db and one HiShelf +20db used.

Here is an audio track.

BAR 1-8 = DRY
BAR 9-16 = A
BAR 17-24 = B


Please guess what is what.

Hi!

I Don't know which is suppose to the be the best EQ but I liked A the most.
I feel it has more "punch".

A has more character and punchier.
B sounds more sterile and flat.
Both sounds ok depending on use.

But the i wouldnt eq the sample this way for me.
