I like how the bass player didn´t even make the list.

You should have bought the gold one to attract the ladies.

I'd also suggest the Keytar. It worked for James Brown.

Ah, the old jokes....

What do you call a bass player without a girlfriend?

...homeless...

Definitely a keytar. And a giant mullet (wigs are okay I suppose).

Back in 2002 an early version of fruity loops got me laid.

Not exactly a synth, but it worked.

I'd stay away from anything with mini keys. It might give her the wrong impression

First you get the girl, then get the synth. When you sell the synth you will get laid

A synth that has an ATM machine built into it that dispenses free cash for clothes, shoes, diamonds and handbags.

If anyone really thinks a synth will get them laid may i kindly suggest you buy new, so you get some paper or cardboard box or bags with it, as it will come in handy if you're successful "what's he on about" I hear you say

Think about it

Mono/Poly synced to Monotribe gets seriously sexy, as demonstrated in the first couple of minutes of this track which will probably end up on the next Elmo release.

1 Korg Jam 2 Fireflower

If a girl don't put out for audio rate LFO ******y, then she won't put out for anything.

I remember someone once saying, "D-Beam gets me laid, son."

Can't remember the instrument, nor forum it came from, but for years now anytime I see a Roland product with a D-Beam, I think of that quote and laugh.

Synths weren't working for the longest time. So then I bought vintage motorcycle. Worked like a charm.

In the immortal words of Tony Montana:
First, you get the money. Then, you get the synths. Then, you get the woman.

Seriously though, the only synth that's ever gotten me laid was the one I turned off.

Mostly because drumming is a lot of physical exercise, so you'll be in better condition after a while.

Ah, but if you're not getting a really good workout just loading in, setting up, tearing down and loading out your keyboard rig, then you don't have enough keyboards and should get some more.

(Still won't get you laid though. It'll just get you more keyboards.)

Any help appreciated.
I know a sure way for getting lucky:

telling my wife I didn't buy any synth in the month!

I think two consecutive months of GAS abstinence could even earn me a threesome

Well I see this thread has taken a stereotypical heteronormative direction.

Fwiw if you're trying to impress someone who doesn't play synths, then your best bet is something shiny, or which requires attention getting arm movements to play. If you're trying to appeal to a fellow synth player, then pretty much anything OTB will spark a conversation.

Do not try to flaunt ur sampler.....it just doesn't work. Tryin to get a response time & again with nothin but fails. They just see it & go 'ok' & change the topic to records......
Maybe an mpc60 or asr-10 might work though......
