Nice knives?
I'm about to graduate from college and would like to buy myself a nice pocket knife. I've always had ****ty like $5 knives purchased from a gas station... now I'm willing to spend like one to two hundred, but don't know much about what's really good. Thoughts?

I've been using the same swiss army knife for well over 20 years now.

The best thing I've done was to choose one with a phillips screwdriver instead of a corkscrew.

These days they make a larger version with a lockable main blade which is what I would go for now.

And if you're state allows automatic knives... I would take a look at the Boker AK-74. Its a very nice knife for just under $40... On par with quite a bit nicer knives in the $60-100 range. My only complaint with it is the finish is kind of cheap. Who care's. For $30 something dollars its one hell of a knife. It gets used. Not supposed to be pretty.
