i7 2600k
16GB ram
3 SSD's
Connected to a 37" 1080p LCD for light audio/video work.

Possibly topped by a SandyBridge laptop for my 70+ yr old mom's. Now she has all but stopped trying to guilt trip about how she is so technologically "behind the times". Email and Oprah's webpages load at lightning speeds now!!!!

So far, mine has been my Macbook Pro 15" and my newest mic. However, I know I'm not finished. I want a new preamp.

I know my answer isn't music gear related, but I use it for my musical efforts.
I purchased a Canon 7D camera; best investment ever! With the quality that this thing has as far as video is concerned, I can shoot my own music videos, etc. The camera pays for itself after the first video..

Audio- Protools Native system, Maschine, NI Kontrol X1.
Native runs along my HD rig. Can do just about everything my HD rig can do and more except not good for tracking. Becoming my go to for ITB mixing though. Maschine, I don't love it but it has me making music again and who doesn't love DJing with 2 X1's.

Video/Film - Adobe Prod Prem 5.5, Quadro 4000, neat video, and plural eyes.
5.5 SO much faster than everything previous esp running a 4000. Neat video saved my ass plenty and plural eyes. easy greasy audio sync.

Lifestyle- CBR-250R for blazing through busy Atlanta inner city traffic going to a from. I can fling it around so easy. Took my stress level down 50% and added fun factor by 150%. 80 MPG super plus. Highly suggest if your inner city. Now if they will just make lane splitting legal in GA.

All in one dragon slayer. Its complex, has a terrible GUI and therefore very hard to use though, but it really is a beast once you program all your own patches and samples and FX and learn the workflow.

$350 on ebay, but a PadKontrol, midi keyboard and laptop are mandatory accessories, so YMMV.

Hackintosh for my PCI HD3 accel system. My comp smokes every mac I ever owned and has worked without hiccup. I finally have enough power for mixing without printing effects to free dsp. Also money spent moving out of PHilly LOL

Tested a lucid a few years back. Didn't but it, but it's very nice kit.

I bought a ssd and loaded win 7 64 bit on it right before I mixed two big projects. Felt like I was driving the Starship Enterprise!
