In electrical engineering, and freelance as motion graphics artist/animation/editor guy-hate to waste that art degree you know. Didn't go to school for engineering, but its my day job. My employer loves taking advantage of that in my wages.
I do sound design for people I went to school with, but rarely are they working on anything ambitious enough to need it, so it's pretty rare, and always cheap.

I coach lovely ladies in a customer service environment on how to empathize and converse with doctors. Then at night, I coach musicians on technique to get the most from their performances. Really not too far apart when you think about it. i do prefer speaking into a 47 over a telephone, though!

Full time customer agent at my city's convention center. Besides the usual employment drudgery, I enjoy concerts, boxing, and Comic Con at no expense and meet famous people.

Full time dad and full time interior design student, working on AutoCAD certification at the same time.

My dream (as far off as it may be) is to one day roll the ID, AutoCAD, and love of music into designing and building recording studios for the private sector. One can dream....

Is that because you think I'm making a joke, or you think it's off topic?

You don't have to be a theologian to know the answer yourself.
It's 42.

No, I seriously think that the "detune" thread has gone far beyond the competence of a psychologist or a philosopher,

and that it's venturing on "ultimate good and evil" terrain,

so somebody who masters Last Things could be of help there.

Teacher and director at a creative writing studio for kids. You know a kid's story is going to be special when a story starts off, "Once upon a time, a man was texting while driving. Then he crashed into a nuclear power plant and got powers."

I love my job =)

Pinsetter mechanic. 40 hrs/week of that and the rest of my time is spent writing, recording, rehearsing, and playing shows with my own band, as well as recording other bands here and there. Working on getting the latter to the top of the list. Slowly but surely.

My day job is music. Playing recording mixing and mastering. I've also recently taken on video editing for some people, as I can do it better than anyone else they can afford. Ahem.

Restaurant manager, live sound tech, and a dad. And no, in case you were wondering; I don't sleep.
Occasionally I record and mix bands, musicians and do commercials, but not nearly as often as I used too.

???? How come you can't join the Army? Here in the States you just need a pulse and they'll take you!
Good luck.
During my physical for the Marines they found out I was diabetic, one of the few things they will reject you for.
I never thought I'd love to be diabetic.
I hope they treat the Veterans in the UK better than here in the US where they could give a rats ass about you once you have served. Glad I didn't join. All the bad PTSD the media covers makes it impossible to get job. Companies have secret mandates to NOT hire veterans. My company does anyway. Be careful bro.

Nah, it's no better here in the UK really - though few troops seem to get into a trade in the army so tend to find it difficult when they leave; there's not much for the ones that do have trade and even less for impaired vets.
