Custom residential tile installation. This isn't nearly the trickiest thing I've done I just happen to have a pic on my phone. Travertine shower/tub with pebble floor. The devil is in the details...

Pic is before grout.

My title is "Managing Director" at a smaller San Francisco-based company that sells cloud-based software to smaller performing arts organizations, universities, festivals, promoters, etc.

I wear many hats, but most of my work is as a sales manager, while also being involved with product development and general business strategy.

I'm a school administrator within higher education. Kind of why my grammar is so awful here, and I joke around more. Trying to get away from all the seriousness that ensues in that world!

Just curious, I have almost graduated with my bachelors and am looking to get into network engineering. I will be getting my CCNA soon, and possibly CCDA. How hard is it to get a decent paying job?

Just out of pure curiosity, do you have a degree or a diploma in anything audio-related? And how long have you been in the business?

Lots of things, I dislike the word entrepreneur, makes you sound like a bell end thats just taken out a bank loan to start a **** website that will fail in 12 months.

But right now, I'm eating custard doughnuts and looking on ebay at Motu 828s, swings and roundabouts.

Try to do internships. Honestly, the degree/diploma is nothing compared to putting yourself into the thick of it doing the bottom rung stuff in any studio for a while and gradually climbing up. A good attitude, eating sh*t with a smile on your face, quickly learning as you go will get you farther than any diploma. Make yourself a necessity and you WILL get hired. That's in my experience anyway.
