And yes,,the dynamic leading up to the sax bridge is part of what makes that song really special.
Got it and so true. "From 9 to 5 I spend my time at work, my job is very boring I'm an office clerk." So many people can relate.

Also relate to watching the sun go down in an area with water.

Some many good bits in that song.

Cheers to that.

Glad to see there actually are other lawyers on here. Makes me think that one day I might work some place where I actually have a common interest with the other lawyers and I don't have to pretend to know anything about football.

Chiropractor!

Work 6 days a week. Long days

Pretty far away from music by day.
New baby and a toddler mean that i probably spend more time thinking about music than actually playing any!

The dream has never died though.

Self-employed Health&Safety Consultant. Meh. It used to be interesting until the EU decided to create more paper mountains. I used to travel all-over Europe solving real-world problems and meeting interesting people, but now I'm reduced to filling-out 1,000 page forms that no-one will ever read.

Money's good but doesn't compensate for the ennui. Looking for a radical change. Thank f*ck for the relaxing distraction of synthesizers.
