When education is free...

Free education can lead to different consequences. On the one hand, this should increase competition in the labor market, because there will be much more qualified specialists. On the other hand, it can harm the integrity of society. You can read more about this in the essay on https://samples.edusson.com/integrity-essay/. Increases in the supply of labor may also lead to lower average wages. This can lead to a decrease in demand for consumer goods and, as a result, to a decrease in GDP.

Welcome to GS.

The original post (mine) was a joke. And the joke was about something music/gear related. You're not the first person in the thread to get all literal and righteous about it. But... lighten up, man.

Deprived of education...Come off it.

Their is no laws, only a continual fight.

Establish dominance. That is the rule.

Ok suppose you beat your student into submission. That is not respect in his eye for you. That is FIRE in your pupil's pupil.

Now he is gonna burn the **** outa you with what you thought was respect.

Education and learning are 2 way streets. If the scholastic method does not work , the child needs to be let off to fail OR learn his way , even if harder. You cannot teach that. Lessons must be learned one way or another, I would agree on that.

The public education system is the worst thing next to human sex trafficing.

Ever been beat by a teacher while being told to settle down?

You cannot physically do it. I have , you fight back! You defend yourself! Things become exponentially worse.

Ever been taken down by the police with excessive force?

I have. You fight back! Smacked with a list a felonies, regardless of initial complaint, things become worse.

Dominance.

This establishment will fall.

It is too crazy.

Look up eminent domain. They will take everything, and say the LAW says they can do it. No bull****.

How far you take it, is how far they take it.

Right now in the USA.

If you are witnessed commiting a traffic viloation. The person has 18 months to call it in. So if someone says, I saw so and so a year and half ago blow a stop sign. The police can come detain you about it. If they believe you are a danger to yourself they can call in for a 50150.

So if you ever rolled through a stop sign and someone saw it, 18 months later they take you without notice. FOR 7 DAYS! NO RIGHTS because of the pysche hold! Then investigate the claim while you are in detention.

NO Charges need to be filed. No warrants. Taken in the middle of the street.

There is no peace or freedom.

They will take you and pump you full of all sorts of meds. You do not have the right to refuse anything. Once they grab you. So RUN!

Then make you pay for it. Cause it will not be covered by insurance.

Well, things get bad sometimes.

The way things are set, the man with a good education or thinking man is only going to get in trouble thinking he is free.

They in the instance above, would be the first responders, police, emts, healthcare workers.

Not in the same scale as Aunt Jemima or Uncle Ben's.

OTOH, 'Vegemite' might be disparaging and oxymoronic to those with limited brain functions in incapacitated, non responsive or aware states.

Nice to see this thread back on track with a crispy, lower sodium, less flippant politico flavor for lite viewing.

The best education is "free" (in the monetary sense).

If you learn the hard way, you'll not soon forget what you learned.

Some call it The School Of Hard Knocks.

Real life is a harsh teacher: It gives you the test first, and the lesson afterwards!
