Ok, this is going to be a big post but --- drumroll --- after building out my studio for the last 7 years I'm officially done with hardware. (I still have a few preorders that haven't shipped yet; the Moog Sub 37, DSI Pro 2, and Oberheim Two Voice Pro.) And sure, it's possible that new stuff will come out that I'll want to add at some point (if I can find space...), but for right now there's no music equipment I want that exists as of July 2014, other than a few Euro modules that haven't been in stock and a few pieces of (relatively cheap) software. So if you see me posting in these threads with anything else feel free to give me a slap.

Synton Syrinx

Eventide H8000FW

Fender Pawn Shop Bass VI

Gibson ES-335 Studio

Single Avantone MixCube Active

Make Noise Erbe-Verb

Ableton Live 9 Suite + Push

Akai MAX25

New studio chair (Herman Miller Embody)

Also bought some software (impOSCar 2, Diva, Numerology, Equilibrium+Compassion) and upgraded Komplete, Maschine, SoundToys, and Pro Audio DSP DSM.

Rewiring everything now... fun!

He's won previous months in that way too - must be great to not have to worry about storage space!

(no sarcasm intended here; I wish I had enough room to put all the stuff)

I actually do have space problems. Was planning to move so I had a bunch of stuff not hooked up (because I didn't have space, figured I'd just set it up after moving) but I'm starting a company and not sure how much money I'll ended up needing; not buying a new house right now until that's going. So... I'm rewiring everything and hooking up the bulk of my gear in the office, with additional gear (ARP 2600, Eurorack, Serge, Prophet 5, Syrinx or Spirit) going in the next room. I'll have all of my outboard hooked up except for one compressor and one EQ, and all of my synths hooked up except for the Minibrute, Bass Station 2, SE-1X, x0xb0x, and Mopho. Acoustics are going to suck because I can only set up some of my bass traps and such, and it's going to be a tight fit, but it's only temporary.

Couldn't resist this for $160 off CL. I figure I could always sell it and get my money back, but I do like the tone quite a bit.

Paperweight purchases are the best - the previous owner offers it for cheap, barely touched, usually because it didn't produce instant awesomeness from the get-go.

For that money I'd buy one as well and keep it too.

Yup, a little pro-tip for all you slutz out there - check CL about 5 days before the end of the month. People who are stressed for cash to pay rent / bills will take a fraction of the list price if they really need the money. I've made some killer deals this way. Also, hot search terms for good deals are "divorce, moving, garage, college, bills". Throw those in with "analog synth" and you can find some pretty sweet deals, so long as your conscious isn't bothered by buying some poor blokes 808 for $100 off his pissed off wife.

Picked up a JV-2080 and a few expansion boards (Orchestral, Vocal collection and Keyboards of the 60s and 70's), should be a nice partner to my JD-990 with Vintage synth board.

And these:

Decided to round out the drum machine corner. I was seriously planning to completely overlook this thing. But on a whim I fired it up at my local shop and was completely blown away by how immediate and fun it is. I thought Scatter was a stupid gimmick for lazy producers. But turns out it's actually a pretty well thought out couple of repeater / ring mod / pitch type FX with a very simple and fun to use control. I LIKES IT!

Earlier in June I nabbed a Bass Station II which , though nearly awesome, has that damn fixed filter tracking. So I returned it and got this bad boy.
