How are you exporting your tracks in Ableton?

I've been doing this the entire time:

1. Create new audio track
2. Select resampling
3. Record the song to that track
4. Double click recorded track, which will locate the file
5. Drag that file to desktop
6. Create mp3 through itunes

Is this the dumb noob way?

I just learned about rendering audio by hitting command +R. I have yet to try it.

I'm trying to maximize the quality of my song when I export and I am almost certain that I'm losing a ton of quality sound when I resample and do all that other crap. Thanks!

Instead of resampling, you can freeze the channel and drag out the audio. This also creates an audio file in your recordings/cache/project folder.

As the cat above says, there is an export option.
