How to get this vocal FX sound - minimal synth/industrial

Been a long time fan of Dirk Klein/Echo West and his various projects. I've always been curious about the vocal FX chain used on his tracks, they seem simple enough, but I can never seem to get close. Any suggestions on how to approximate this using the resources at my disposal?

At the moment I'm using valhalla room, stock REAPER vsts, and a few bootsy freebies. Or any suggestions for a few vsts in a reasonable price range?

Big fan of minimal synth, but that vocal is mixed in really badly, so it's hard to hear exactly.

Try a delay instead of a reverb... Slap back and set the feedback to taste.

There's also some grain to it. Could try distorting the delay bus before or after the delay.

Or maybe the whole voice has some distort on it to grit it up? Maybe it's parallel.
