looking for hardware fx for DnB

im in the lookout for some hardware units(NOT samplers)that could be used to "crunch up"the sounds

already have the sherman filterbank on my list,is there any other units (preferable cheaper than the filterbank)thats worth looking into?

thanks in advance

OTO Biscuit

I know this is too expensive, but the Culture Vulture

Pedals are fantastic though, Big Muff, MXR distorion, etc.

And then some great cheap boxes like Zoom 1201

Hope that helps.

I have a symetrix cl105 that I find is good for adding some mojo to drums etc. Its not an fx box per se but its cheap. Set a long release and crank the make-up gain and it makes snares sound 'better'.
