Roland UA-25EX or Cakewalk FA-66 FireWire for home studio

My Tascam US 144 appears to be on its way out and I need to replace it.
These two come ujp a fair bit, and although the Cakewalk costs more I am not sure of the advantages over the UA25-EX.
I use Logic 9 plus a couple of keyboards and modules.
I also record a significant amount of live tracks as well so audio converter relaibility is a real priority.
Any opinions or preferneces?
A better idea in the price range?

As far as I know, the UA25-EX is still USB 1.1 - NOT recommended.
Consider a USB 2.0 interface, some of the newer ones perform as well as FW interfaces. The low-cost USB 2.0 speed champion is the M-Audio Fast Track Ultra (about $300.)

Thanks
I notice the EMU is USB 2 and it is only a little more than the more than the Roland Cakewalk FA-66.
