Need a simple VI for PT7/OSX(G5,pre-intel)

Hey folks, hoping you can point me to an ubersimple, cheap/free VI that will run as an instrument plugin on PT 7 on my G5 powermac. I need it to recognize the range of an 88 key keyboard. ONLY need it for writing/part mapping, NO sounds will ever get used. I have Play and M-tron, but they don't recognize the full range. It really can sound like the biggest piece of **** on earth, cause I'll be replacing the sounds, I just need it to write with. Simple, low CPU hogging, is all I need. Think a really low level virtual polysynth or something. Anything out there? I'm coming up w/ bumpkiss. Thanks, rj

im assuming you have a VST wrapper otherwise you'd be asking for RTAS w/ PT7?
