Sample clearance?

Over the years I've bought a bunch of sample packs and (Kontakt) libraries and was wondering if since they were purchased, does sample clearance matter? I can make music and sell it without worries?

Yes, you can make music - that's what the license allows. However, there's a part that essentially boils down to "don't be a dick".

If you made a "track" consisting of each sample played separately and offered it as a wave file as download, anyone else would only have to cut out the original samples and re-program them back in Kontakt. So that's not exactly allowed. I know Omnisphere has this specified explicitly in the license; I don't know if the legalese EULA of whatever you bought specifies it too (but in more flowery terms) - chances are it does.

Thanks! That's certainly a weight lifted.
