Only you can answer this question for yourself. You can download a free demo so have a look. I'm not sure what people are saying about this synth but I like it so far. I'm not much of a soft synth person but I'm quite impressed by the overall sound of this thing.

I'll give it a shot once I've learned its ins and outs but I'm not much of a writer.

I would have preferred the darker (cherry) finish to the maple, but the desk has been discontinued and the only ones I could find were in this finish. It's not ideal, but it seems like the best option for the money. At under $500, it's hard to complain... This will serve as my interim desk until I have the $3k and gigantic amount of space required for the Argosy Spaceship!
I love this desk. I definitely left the top on mine!

I did however remove the little CD holder fake support thingys on the far sides of the monitor shelf.

None of my racks are misaligned?

I have the MXR Phase 90 too and the M-234 chorus and find that I have to really turn down the level on my Tetra and other synths to avoid distorting the pedal. ANd i mean REALLY low, like 9 0'clock. BOSS pedals, on the other hand, no problem. You too?

Yes, same here. I have my Mopho KB and Tetra into a mixer and then out to the pedals. I have the mixer volume out at around 1 or 2 of 10. Sometimes different levels will push the distortion better or worse depending. The carbon copy delay sounds magical! The mod button really gives a nice flutter to the sound. If you like the phase 90 you'll love the 100 with selectable mod depth and freq range.

Just use a couple of DIs to switch the signal to high impedance into the pedals then back to line.

Can u give me a specific model number or product for doing this? I have some nice Avalon U5's to boost signal coming out of the pedal but I need something that will allow me to leave the synth gain up going in the pedal. Don't like turning down the synth so low cause then S/N is getting bad.

Radial do some reamp boxes- they are probably your best bet.

Just picked a few things over the past couple of weeks

Eventide Pitchfactor (using this with the Slim Phatty, WOW)
Dave Smith - Tetra I think I'm going to get the mopho keyboard to get more control
Moog CP-251 - Got a good price so I couldn't say no
