just editing to add that I've had my D-50 for several years but wasn't using it until about a month ago I took it out of the closet and starting playing with it. I'm very impressed. It's an awesome synth, especially when combined with the D50 Librarian for managing patches. It's got a great sound, very flexible, powerful, a lot of stuff under the hood.

A beautiful synth. Very worthwhile to download some of the more elaborate and well-designed patches that freely available, as these really give a good idea of what can be achieved.
