This may have been mentioned already. But check out Sonic State. The Cobalt 8 and the Night Sky were made for each other.

I am a Space user.
Just saw this message. I actually don't care very much for Space at all. I will likely get rid of it and go full Strymon.

Well I love my Space.
I also loved Big Sky and it's been a hard decision between the two.
So how would you compare Nightsky and Big Sky?

Lots of people love the space! I don't know why but I just don't vibe with it.

The BigSky is better for getting fast, amazing reverb results.

The NightSky is better for performance and wonk-yet-amazing reverb results.

I kind of think of them as a bread-and-butter reverb, and an experimental reverb. Kind of like having a reliable mono synth and some out of the norm poly synth.

Yeah when it comes to reverbs, it's always very personal.
Big sky is beautiful anyway.
I just wonder if nightsky is also able to make normal reverbs as hall, plate and the sort, besides the sequenced ones.
Or just experimental ones?
From what I saw on internet, it sounds damn good for experimental reverbs.

My Big Sky doesn't get that much use these days, it has a very distinct character that gets very tiring on the ear. This sounds like more of the same, I would guess that they've taken a couple of the existing algorithms in the BigSky and added some parameters. Fine if you want a special effect reverb, but not something I'd want to use on every track or have permanently plugged into the outputs of a synth. I actually quite like the control scheme, it lets you dig into some odd corners very quickly. But the core sound really isn't to my taste.

What I'm trying to figure out is whether to pair my Matriarch with Night Sky or Mercury 7.
2001 Space Odyssey vs Blade Runner.

I was going to go with some cheap simple stereo reverb, but there aren't any except for used Boss RV-5/6s, which feel underwhelming for this type of synth, so here we go throwing money away again

(OT: I'm running Matriarch into Elektron Octatrack, but the onboard fx are only good for subtle livening up, not suitable for overwhelming space explosions. Thinking about adding Earthquaker Pyramids into the mix, just because I love flangers and because I still can't get my hands on a used CBA Spectre - which is mono only, so sometimes a reason I keep considering downgrading to a Sub37 and just buying all of CBA's line )

For what it’s worth, your performance has been in heavy rotation in my playlist!

That's one of the reasons I'm even considering it, great job!
