I expect this will be more than a little bit better than the June 60 by TC, before it gets brought up

we hope so, the dimension d was not necessarily widespread in the guitar scene
juno already, can you imagine hendrix without juno?

Well I like how KT build their racks so if it sounds good it's mine.

I'm sure they cloned this in software in the X range , I'm positive I saw it last night but it's quite new to me, you'd think I would know my own mixer fx

i never heard it I'm more of a phaser type .. ok have a ce-2 but still phaser and even more phaser.
I find the chorus of both junos rather annoying.

i want this ! but still super cool that a classic is easily available again

Holy crap the original has been on my want list for a while. And I almost pulled the trigger a couple times but the prices for what’s actually inside are absolutely ridiculous. Insta-buy

that's a topic, everyone builds infinitely great analog synths, but nobody builds analog 19 "fx devices!
these floor pedals are just not the real thing.
hard day for the non ghost hunters.

I'm gonna bring it up anyway and have to stress that the Juno-60 chorus is not the same as the Dimension Expander; the latter is more subtle.

Still would like a 1U 1/2 19" version of the Juno chorus, though. Or be a bit crazy, combine it with the Solina Ensemble effect in one single 1U 19".

Lifted from the website bullet points, and the announcement:

"Legendary pure highest integrity,
analog authentic BBD,
precise balanced gold-plated rugged durability,
3 year warranty."

"Amazingly affordable multi-dimensional classic desire."

Hence why I said it but you know someone won't be able to help themselves but draw some type of weird comparison against a 50quid pedal made by TC because they are in the same corporate group

Cool! Very satisfied with my 1176 clone by them. Just wondering if the chorus is not too subtle. Would’ve been even more awesome if they included the juno as well as an extra (and not the TC version).

Looks promising, but why 2U? Surely it would have fitted in 1U too?
I don't have unlimited rack space...

Regardless, if it sounds close to the Juno chorus (and isn't too expensive) I will buy it.

BTW,is the price known yet?

I'm curious how this was solved technically, the comp / exp is realized with a ne570n and the delay with a mn3007 1024 stage bdd.
V3207 is probably similar

Since there are not an infinite number of components, the price is likely to be within limits.

I hope so, but I fear the choice of 2U (rather than 1U) was purely to make it look more substantial and therefore be able to charge more.

I do not think, the pultec is also 2u and quite affordable. this is more because of the optics

"Amazingly affordable analog multi-dimensional signal processor from our sister company Klark Teknik that can recreate those classic stereo chorus effect that so many artists have used and desire."

Amazingly affordable

Yes it's in the X series mixers. Sounds great too. It's called "Dimensional Chorus".

It sounds wicked when you feed it into the "Enhancer" which is an emulation of the SPL Vitalizer lets you get CRAZY wide stereo images

The original is a holy grail level effect though a bit of a one trick pony. But that pony is glorious. Watching with interest, especially for any comparison shootouts.

do you mean the S Sdd320 switch?

"The preset values of the Dimension-C gave a somewhat more intense chorus than the D model. There was a fear that the really subtle effect of the SDD-320 might not be enough for the guitarists.

Analogue bdd V3207 from Cool Audio work inside the DC-2w"

if that works well there I see no problems with the klark teknik

"The SDD-320 mode obviously works with the system of frequency compensation of the original Dimension-D and with the even gentler presets of the studio machine, but unfortunately the cross-routing has been omitted."

that's why the DC-2w is no substitute

he hoarded his money in switzerland or virgin island no idea. he grew up near me.

and yes the box has to be big, is a conspiracy of the rack industry. if you get upset about the on off switch, there will surely be a third party retrofit kit

Seems cool, but Uli if you are listening what I really want Klark Teknik to come out with is an SSL clone for the stereo bus.
